How Much Does It Cost to Live at Meridian Woods?

Homes are not sold in the traditional sense. Residency is secured with a one-time entry fee, much of which is refunded once the resident vacates and the home is re-leased to another resident.

Entry fees range from $230,000 to $429,000, depending on the home. Monthly fees are based on the home's square footage and range from $640 to $705. A host of amenities and services (full list further down) are included in your monthly fee.
