We celebrate life by enriching the lives of older adults.
At Pines Village we pride ourselves on our Be the Difference culture, which is driven by a passion for serving the residents, visitors, and staff of Pines Village as well as the greater Valparaiso community. Yes, we work hard but the work we do is rewarding on so many levels. And we always make time for fun, laughs, and of course employee recognition.
We are a dedicated crew; if you think you’ve got what it takes to Be the Difference and want work for Porter County’s only nonprofit retirement community, we urge you to check out our available positions.

The Nonprofit Difference
We are an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, governed by a Board of Directors who live and work nearby. Our nonprofit status means we put people before profits; quality before earnings. Our funds are committed exclusively to running and improving the Pines Village community, enhancing services for our residents.
Our Annual Disclosure Statement and current IRS Form 990 are available for your review. Pines Village Retirement Communities is also a member of LeadingAge and LeadingAge Indiana, associations committed to expanding the world of possibilities for aging.
An art gallery just steps from your door with new exhibiting artists every six weeks.
We invite veterans to enjoy a free meal with others vets every month- no strings.
CAPS FOR BENCHES
We’ve recycled over 8 tons of plastic caps to create over 50 benches for local nonprofits.
