Services included in monthly fee
- Repair and maintenance (or replacement) of the home’s exterior, including roof and exterior walls; the homes interior, including furnished appliances and lighting fixtures, and operating systems (heating/air conditioning, plumbing and electrical wiring). This does not apply to damage caused by negligent acts or abuse by residents, guests, visitors, or pets.
- Routine maintenance including furnace filter changes; smoke detector battery changes; exterior light bulbs changes; setting and winterization of sprinkler systems.
- Snow removal when there is an accumulation of 1 inch or more (streets, driveways and sidewalks); weeding (twice per year); mowing and mulching (as deemed necessary by PVRC). An extra fee is assessed for mowing fenced yards.
- Weekly trash pick-up.
- Cable television bulk discount pricing.
- Property and liability insurance on the home and common areas. (Residents are responsible for personal property and personal liability coverage).
- Scheduled transportation services.

- Priority access to occupy other Pines Village Retirement Communities properties.
