Dick Bowers has both a Bachelor and Master of Science degree.  He holds a degree from the Graduate Builders Institute and is the 2008 President and active member of the Porter County Builders Association (PCBA).  Dick has been a past president and past board member of both the PCBA and of Christian Community Action a non-for-profit that operates the Spring Valley Homeless Shelter and Greenwich House.  Along with partnering in Hearthstone Builders, Dick is president of Wheeler-Bowers Builders, Inc., which has been building custom homes since 1983.  Dick has either participated in and/or chaired the Porter County Showcase of Homes, the Spring and Fall Festival of Homes, and the Parade of Homes.  Dick is also a member of the Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce and of the Kouts Chamber of Commerce.

Marge Frame began her building career in 1988 rehabbing old houses.  Marge started her own construction company, MB Builders, in 1995 focusing on new construction and remodels.  Marge works hands on with her clients from design to completion to ensure customer satisfaction.  She is a member of the Porter County Builders Association and the Builders Association of LaPorte County.  She chaired the Porter County Parade of Homes in 2002 and served as the PCBA President in 2003.  Marge is also a member of the Kouts Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Kouts Economic Development Commission.
